COVID-19

It affects both children and adults. This virus has caused a pandemic (uncontrolled world-wide outbreak). In New Zealand, fortunately, with the early “lockdown” to prevent large scale spread within the country is helping to prevent community spread. The latest statistics show new cases of COVID-19 are reducing. COVID-19 is spread by contact and introduced to the body by the nose and mouth. It is important to maintain good hygeine and ensure avoiding unnecessary contact with vulnerable members of the community.

Our fees are for a standard 15 minute appointment. This is on display at reception. All fees are VAT inclusive. Payment is expected at the time of consultation.

I love my doctor, but sometimes I have to wait a long time to see them. Can you call me to let me know if they are running late??
There are times when doctors may run late due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. We encourage patients to phone and see how their doctor is running prior to coming.

You have a Day Surgery facility - can I use my Health Insurance??
Yes, some procedures can be claimed through your health insurance. Conditions do apply. Please speak to reception staff for more details.
